We are trailblazers. Our dad was a pioneer in modern sprouting, writing books and leading classes on clean, sproutful living since the 1970s.
Our dad and founder, Steve “The Sproutman” Meyerowitz, struggled with asthma, eczema, and psoriasis from an early age. Dissatisfied with the pills and creams he had tried, he decided to turn to his diet. He dove into vegetarianism, raw food, food combining, proper hydration, and juicing long before they were trendy (he wrote 11 books in the course of his lifetime on those subjects). But what made the biggest impact were sprouts.
Since 1977, Sproutman has been blazing the trail and educating about the power of sprouting. When our dad unexpectedly and suddenly passed away in 2015, we took over—calling ourselves the Sprout Brothers.
Inspired by his work and a lifetime of growing sprouts, we’re on a mission to share the benefits of sprouts and clean living across the globe.
