QUANTITY. Five (5) lbs minimum order from any combination of wheatgrass, buckwheat, sunflower, or pea shoots. Check or uncheck the boxes accordingly. You can order more than 5 lbs but not less.

TIMING. Deadline: We must receive your order by Monday 2 pm CST. We ship only once per week on Tuesdays and holiday weeks may alter or eliminate delivery.

SHIPPING. If you live within 150 miles of New York City, your order will ship via economical UPS ground. Beyond 150 miles, higher UPS Next Day shipping charges will be reflected at checkout. This is a perishable product. Make sure you are available to receive your shipment.

They are harvested, cut, bagged, and shipped the same day by noon Eastern time. You receive it (with a few exceptions) the very next day. Packaged in individual pound bags. Shipped in an insulated freeze-pack carton. Grown in our New York indoor greenhouse with composted soil and high-quality, zero mold, organic sprouting seed. Our grower was trained by master grower Michael Bergonzi who built the wheatgrass greenhouses for both the Hippocrates and Optimum Health Institutes---the two largest wheatgrass clinics in the world!
