DEAR SPROUTMAN: I have your Kitchen Garden book and just love it. We are making the sprouted bread weekly and love it…My question…might you have an idea of what the calorie count might be for the suggested size of the bread. I get three loaves of approx. 3×3 inches and about 3/4 to 1 inch deep. Even an approximation would help greatly.
