Have you been touched by the work of Ann Wigmore? Has wheatgrass, sprouting, or living foods had an impact on your life or that of someone you know?

Ann Wigmore was a modern-day health pioneer who popularized wheatgrass as an alternative cancer treatment. I am going to visit her birthplace in Vilnius, Lithuania this September, to celebrate her life and her work. I will be there along with key figures in the living foods movement, such as Brian Clement, Viktoras Kulvinskas, Karyn Calabrese, and many more.

If you can’t join us in Lithuania, perhaps you can support this important work by making a Thank-You Ann donation to the Ann Wigmore Memorial Education Fund.  This new initiative, along with the commemorative event and a statue in her honor in Vilnius, will help spread the word about the healing powers of wheatgrass and sprouts. With your help, we can potentially save the lives of many, including friends and family

“Reconnect with nature and your body will take care of the rest.”
    – Dr. Ann Wigmore

    Who is Dr. Ann?
Ann Wigmore’s philosophy centered around Hippocrates’ main principle “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”  This became the basis of the Hippocrates Health Program she taught at her Hippocrates Health Institute in Boston, Massachusetts which she established in 1963.  Her approach emphasized eating living foods and drinking wheatgrass juice to detoxify and replenish the body.

Ann introduced her ‘Hippocrates’ diet not only to Americans; but all over the world.  Through her passion and commitment, she published several books about using wheatgrass, sprouting and living foods to achieve optimum health. She taught this message in more than 35 countries around the world including India, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Greece, Philippines, Israel, United Kingdom, Russia, Canada and others.
