I do not love the seedling flat. It was designed to reduce the cleanup of roots from the seedling tray, but the plastic is too heavy. I never got to approve it before it went into production. I would recommend people use paper towels on the seedling tray to reduce the amount of rootlet growth. You can view the simple instructions for this method here.
