This is Juice Fasting
We'll be drinking our way to health for 7-10 days and
you'll be guided through it before, during, and after. Sproutman uses different combinations of juices, herbs, and an extensive selection of other drinks to cleanse the
lungs, liver, intestinal track, bladder, kidneys, and skin. If you have
never fasted before, know this: it's easier than you think.
You will be amazed at how nourished and energized you feel. Sproutman sets you up with a
generous
diet of juices and numerous other nourishing drinks to consume during your fasting week. Some people are loving it so much they extend it to
10 days! Studies show every day
of fasting adds to your longevity and at the same time it adds quality to how you feel and move through your days.
Here’s what we’ll be covering: Eating, juicing, and cleansing techniques. There’s lots of options so you can invest as little or as much effort into the process as you can manage. The more you can do the better your results. A juicer is not required, you can visit your local juicer, but you'll get better results if you make your own. As a student of this class, you are eligible for special pricing on Sproutman’s recommended juicers.
This is a 7-10 day guided fast. We meet over 3 times over the internet. (All you need is a telephone and a computer.) Fasting enables you to accomplish the maximum amount of cleansing in the shortest period of time. Most folks are truly surprised at how doable it really is. Your biggest challenge is the social-psychological and emotional barriers of going without food. But if you do it right, hunger pangs largely subside after one day and totally after the second or third. From then on, there is NO struggle about not eating. And fasting is definitely not starving—not even in the medical sense. What does happen? Your insides get a well deserved vacation! It's inner spring cleaning time. And just as it feels great when you give your house a thorough cleaning, it feels even better to clean your inner house.
First we meet to discuss what we’re going to do, what tools we will need, and how we’re going to start. Next we meet and check in with everyone. How are you doing? What are you feeling? What are your questions? You get feedback and support. Then Sproutman guides you on how to properly reintroduce food and extend the benefits of cleansing into the ongoing diet.

half hours and includes live slides, video and your questions and answers
with Sproutman. If you cannot attend, you can request a recording of this
live class to review at anytime you like.

Session 1:
This session is devoted to getting your body ready for a juice
fast. You will receive helpful documents that outline the steps you need
to prepare for the fast and the types of materials you will need.
Fasting starts on Wednesday.
Session 2: Check-in time. How are you feeling? What issues are you confronting? This is the time for your questions and to get feedback.
Session 3:
This session is dedicated to coming off the fast. Some people may choose to
fast longer (up to 10 days), either way this will prepare you to break your fast for the
best results. A review of everyone's experience, the benefits you have felt and
things you might do differently next time. You will also learn diets and
techniques to maintain the benefits you have worked so hard to achieve.
Join me for an inner oil change. It’s right online. Just be in front of your computer and telephone. This is an ideal thing to do with a group and a guide. I want to take you to the place where you feel lighter, healthier, happier, and stronger. I’ll meet you there. —Steve Meyerowitz
Refund Policy for Online Classes: Full refunds are available if your
request is received in writing by 9am Eastern time on the first day of the
class. After that time, there are no monetary refunds, however, your
payment is still good and can be used to take the class at a later date.
